On a Saturday in April, we took a train for nearly two hours, met a bunch of skaters, and skated the first 20 kilometers of the Rin Rin Road. 'Cuz we had some stuff to do, we went home at the half way mark, but our friends (about 25 others) went on another 20k. In fact, some had done a "Double", having already skated 40 km from GOAL at the time we met them at Iwase, and then doubling back (with the bigger group) for a total of 80 km that day!
